Mise à jour du 22 mars.. informé par l’existence de cette ONG, par un ami ayant résidé à Kiev, je m’aperçois à l’usage, que cette ONG est meilleure en communication qu’en efficacité opérationnelle. Il suffit de lire les commentaires des internautes et des réponses des opérateurs de cette ONG. Absence de réactivité tant du point de vue des développements que de la gestion , malgré le fait que l’on annonce plus de 200 bénévoles actifs. En ce qui me concerne je me suis inscrit, j’ai reçu une demande qui m’a paru tout de suite suspecte. En effet, elle émanait de 2 « males » de 31 et 34 ans et d’une fillette de 11 ans. Une demande atypique si l’on sait que les Ukrainiens sont mobilisés et ne peuvent quitter leur pays. Après avoir posé plusieurs questions, il est vite apparu qu’il s’agissait de faux refugiés qui essayait de bénéficier de l’élan de générosité que suscite cette guerre. La dissuasion a été complète quand j’ai demandé s’ils remplissaient les conditions imposées pour bénéficier du statut de refugiés pour bénéficier des mesures de protection temporaire. ( Justifier de sa nationalité Ukraienne, y avoir travaillé, habité, les moyens de transport, papier d’entrée dans l’espace Schengen……. Depuis cette demande, le supposé refugié n’a plus donné signe de vie .. ( en fait il était déjà en France à Dijon ). I just called City Hall. To benefit from the assistance program for Ukrainian refugees, (social coverage, work permit ..etc... you must provide

• Identity papers for all family members
• Proof of Ukrainian Nationality or living in Ukraine .. (rent, electricity, telephone bill ..)
• a copy of the entry into the European area (Schengen area)
• a copy of Visa
• a travel document (train tickets, etc.)
• a request to be made online on the website of the Prefecture of Lyon 
• 4 pictures

Motivation

 I'm close to 74 years old .. my house is big enough to host a family with four children..  or better two families …the reason why i think two families could be better because they can exchange much more and support themselves in this tough period. It means also they should be compatible with each other ..

 As we move from Paris to Poleymieux, as we’re “ Green Sensitive” we choose to convert the House  to tend to the concept of "Passiv Haus." We issue big transformation to isolate the house, to use solar energy for the water.. Even if there’s still work to be done .. the house is warm enough and furnished..
